Our Foundation

At Providence Bible Fellowship, we uphold 2 Timothy 3:16-17, recognizing not only that God’s Word is inspired and inerrant, but also that God’s Word is sufficient to deal with all issues of the heart, “that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work.” There is no problem of the heart that cannot be addressed through the principles found in the Word.

Our Counselors

The Scriptures teach that God’s plan is for the church to counsel the church.  God has gifted each individual to build up the body of Christ to maturity (Eph. 4:7-16). This explicitly includes the ability to teach and counsel one another: “I myself am satisfied about you, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able to instruct one another” (Rom. 15:14). For this reason, our counselors are members of our church, trained to use the Scriptures to address the typical and extraordinary problems of life.

Our Practice

In short, we believe that the Bible is the tool that the Holy Spirit uses to bring one to salvation and sanctification.  For this reason, all counseling needs at PBF are met within the church using the principles of God’s Word.  If you are in need of counseling, please email Pastor Greg for information (greg@providencebiblefellowship.com).
